It's supposed to resemble the werewolf from the cover of 'Lord Loss' by Darren shan.
I'm trying to make the shading (particulary the darker areas) a bit more constant cos the scanner seems to exaggerated some parts.
There are quite alot of things I can see wrong with this pic but what really bugs me is the absence of highlights on its fur (my eraser refused to co operate) and the random blobs on either side of it's mouth which are meant to look like a mixture of blood and hot breath. There is also more slobber in the original picture, but how do I get more slobber??? =0
--->so tips on those points are particulary welcome
You know what, after staring at the book for so long, the thing doesn't even look intimidating anymore hmmm...
Oooh shes back in action!! lol i havent spoken to you in months, i see how youve got better.. its amazing! love the shading and detail! super super cool!!
hey, i havnt seen this before! keeping secrets drawings, hmmm???
thats seriously amazing, though

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
